Mohd Sagir, in his successful stint of 6 years, has served as Company Secretary and compliance head with a listed Company. In his role, he has handled matters related to direct listing, SEBI compliances, Merchant Banking activities, Company Law matters, RBI compliances, NBFC matters and acquisitions through CIRP.

He is a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds graduate degrees both in Commerce and Law. He is currently associated with Intellicity Capital as the compliance officer.
