Having diverse experiences of around 14 years in the corporate arena of big corporate houses, Mr. Anang Shandilya is associated with Intellicity Capital as a Business Associate. He is a first class Commerce and Law Graduate (2006), MBA (Finance), Fellow Company Secretary and Insolvency Professional registered with IBBI.

He is having diverse experience in BFSI segment while serving at senior position with Stock Exchange, Banking Company and NBFCs. He headed the Listing & Corporate Services Department of the Delhi Stock Exchange monitoring and ensuring compliances of the companies listed with DSE. He was also designated as the Head of the Corporate Governance Cell of the Exchange ensuring high level of transparency in the affairs of the around 2800 companies listed with the Exchange Mr Shandilya was closely associated with implementation of project in the Bihar & Jharkhand Zone in the year 2006-2007 in the first e-governance project of India, MCA 21. He further spearheaded the Legal & Secretarial functions with Tata Group IT giant, Tata Consultancy Services. Mr. Shandilya has been associated as Key Managerial Personnel with market leader and number one media house of the Country, Times of India group.
