Tarun is a investment banker with over 15 years of experience in the area of transaction advisory. He has been actively engaged in investment banking transactions since 2007 and he has successfully done representation of both buy side & sell side of private equity funding and similar transactions.

Mr. Ujlayan Works on the execution side of the business and collaborates with management teams on ongoing strategic, financial and operative issues, he is also instrumental in building the firms executive network. He is a finance professional and received his MBA in finance from Indian Institute of finance.
