Nimesh has been at the forefront at Intellicity Capital in dealing with all the assignments related to Capital Market transactions, Issue management, M&A and Investment Banking of various Corporate houses. In past, he has provided his legal services and investment banking advisory to several Group of Companies and legal houses.

Nimesh has a rich experience of more than 9 years across various legal segments. He is member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a graduate degree in law. His areas of work include M&A and Transaction advisory, Investment Banking, Insolvency and Corporate restructuring, Commercial Contract Management and General Corporate Advisory.
