A fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a Law Graduate Mr. Manoj Kumar Purbey is an IBBI registered Insolvency Professional and has been a member of Expert Advisory Board of ICSI, and a member of 'Special Task Force on Company Law' of ICSI. He has independently handled 'Mergers & Acquisitions' of several listed and unlisted business groups.

In past, he has advised several corporate groups in respect of raising funds through SME IPOs. He has been actively advising several Companies and Groups on raising funds through public, private groups and PE fund managers etc. He has also handled the assignments related to revival and rehabilitation of stressed Companies by way of organizing much required investment, Joint venture partners, fund mobilization services and constant management advisory.

  He has been a guest speaker at various forums. He has been invited by several professional bodies, institutions and groups to speak over emerging issues related to corporate advisory, capital market and business management.
